Summer Fog

Painted on location near Coquille Point in Bandon Oregon. Just as set up my painting gear, the summer fog started gathering, quickly moving inland. By the time I finished, the land was engulfed by gray fog, but I managed to capture that moment just as the fog encroached on the tops of the sea stack rocks, an equal mixture of sun and clouds.
